We’re giving away $1,000 and the opportunity to headline Ocular Disease Case Week across the Eyes On Eyecare Instagram feed—plus we’ll publish your work for the world to see on www.eyesoneyecare.com. Winners will be chosen by the audience with $500 awarded to 1st place and $250 given to 2nd and 3rd place.
1. Submit a 250-500 word write-up of your case with images that best illustrate your findings by November 27th, 2022.
NOTE: Your case must feature an image from at least one ZEISS diagnostic instrument.
2. Record a 60-second video detailing your case experience.

3. Finalists will be notified when their video reel will be posted to the @eyesoneyecare.optometry Instagram channel during the week of December 5-9th, 2022. The voting poll will take place on Instagram Story on December 9th, 2022 from 9am-11:59pm PT. Make sure to rally your friends and get as many votes as you can. The case study with the most votes will be awarded $500, while the second and third most popular cases will each receive $250.
